For teens ages 13 to 17

Our new Teen Summer Spanish Camp combines immersive Spanish lessons with surfing, adventure, and meaningful volunteer opportunities. Students will attend 20 hours of Spanish classes throughout the week, balanced with outdoor activities and community service.

Program Highlights:

• Spanish Lessons: 20 hours per week of level-appropriate Spanish lessons designed to help students improve language skills through interactive and immersive learning.
• Surf Days: Two days a week, students will hit the waves for surf lessons at Playa Tamarindo, one of the world’s top surf destinations, with options to add extra surf lessons for those who want more time in the water.
• Adventure Tour: Each week, campers will participate in one thrilling adventure tour, such as zip lining through forest canopies or kayaking in pristine waters.
• Volunteer Days: Two days are dedicated to giving back, with one day spent volunteering at a turtle conservation center and the other working on projects like beach clean-ups, reforestation, or helping at a local animal shelter. These experiences provide teens with a chance to make a positive impact on the local environment and community.
• Customization Options: Campers have the flexibility to add extra surf lessons or Spanish classes to tailor their experience to their interests.

On weekends, residential campers will explore Costa Rica’s stunning natural beauty through activities such as river rafting, hiking to waterfalls, horseback riding on the beach, and more.
